Membership Review & Activation
Applicants’ registration forms are reviewed and activated by the SBWC Membership & Services (M&S) team.
Membership Validity & Activity
Memberships will be revoked if a member fails to interact with SBWC for a continuous period of six (6) months.
Membership Benefits
All benefits are exclusive to the registered member and are non-transferable.
Gold Membership Fees & Payment Policy
Gold Membership fees are non-refundable once approved. For programs and membership payments, refund requests will not be accepted after 48 hours from the time of payment.
Cancellation of Membership
Upon cancellation, members will no longer receive invitations to SBWC events, special offers, discounts, rewards, or vouchers. Any accumulated points will also be forfeited.
Right to Grant or Deny Membership
SBWC reserves the right to grant, deny, or revoke memberships at its sole discretion.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
SBWC ensures the safety and confidentiality of applicants’ personal data in accordance with UAE law. In some cases, personal information may be shared with corporate entities or affiliates to support the member’s professional growth. Personal information may also be disclosed when required by law or to comply with court orders and official legal requests.
