Sharjah Business Women Council (SBWC) Payment, Cancellation and Refund policy

This is Payment, Cancellation and Refund policy for Payments (“Policy”). This policy applies only to Sharjah Business Women Council- SBWC (“Company”) engages in on its website and/or its related mobile applications (“Site”) and does not apply to Company activities that are "offline" or unrelated to the website. Any products or services such as workshop sessions, mentorship programs or trainings that a Member / Mentee requests on our Site or on our App, or both are referred to as “Service(s)”.

Payment policy:

Full payment must be made at the time of registration by the Members / Mentees in order to secure the spot at Training and workshop.
Only valid payment methods acceptable to Telr Systems may be used, for orders and all refunds will be credited back in the same manner within (45) days, as per the original mode of payment. Services booked via the Site are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers.
Members / Mentees are charged once our service partner has confirmed that the service has been delivered. The Company will not seek the confirmation from the member / mentee that the service has been delivered before processing a payment.
Concerning any payments by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards, by submitting your order for processing, you authorize us to charge your order (including VAT, and any amounts agreed upon before order submission) to your Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.
The displayed price and currency selected by Member / Mentee, will be the same price and currency charged to the Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards and printed on the Transaction Receipt will be shown to the Member / Mentee as “Total to pay”. VAT will be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens, which may be caused by several factors, including variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
If your Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
All prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Member / Mentee reservations which are canceled thirty (30) or more days before the start of the workshop will be refunded, in their entirety by One hundred percent (100%).
Member / Mentee reservations which are canceled fourteen to thirty (14-30) days from the beginning of the workshop, consultancy or training will be refunded, by fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee.
No refund is offered for any cancellations within two (2) weeks of the start of the workshop.
Member / Mentee requesting repeated refunds may be blocked from making further purchases. Member/ Mentee that violate SBWC Payment, Cancellation and Refund policy may have their right of refund revoked.

Late Cancellations & Changes:

For late cancellations or change requests (late is defined as less than 24 hours before the start of the service);
No Shows: Where a Member / Mentee was not present to avail the scheduled service and as a consequence the service was not delivered; In such cases Administrative charges will apply. Such charges will depend on the type of service which was scheduled.
If We Cancel the Program: In the very unlikely case that your training is canceled due to too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid.

Payment confirmation

The Member / Mentee will receive payment confirmation by email on the email address given at the time of order, through a notification sent in an app, or both. The confirmation will be sent after the payment has been processed as soon as practically possible.
Changes to payment, Cancellation and refund policy
We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
